This weekend, the popular Mornington Peninsula Patchworkers Exhibition will be presented at Marjorie Williams Centre, Toorak College.

The a bi-annual event will run on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th November 2013, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and will showcase over 150 handmade and embroidered quilts.

All are invited to come along to this family-friendly arts and craft event, which celebrates the traditional art of quilting. A range of techniques, styles and fabric will be on display and visitors are free to peruse each of the exhibited works at their own leisure.

There will also be several trading tables and informative demonstrations.

Refreshments, including tea and coffee, will be conveniently available on site and there will also be a selection of scrumptious homemade cakes and sandwiches for sale.

A variety of door prizes will also be handed out over the two days.

This event is also a fundraiser, as all profits will be donated to the Mornington Peninsula Youth Enterprises Charity.

The entry fee is $5.00, but children will be admitted for free.
