So much to little time...
Rave your way into the day

If you are bored of your regimented gym program, tired of pounding the pavement in the am, or your exercise routine just needs a bit of a shake-up, welcome to Morning Gloryville Sydney.

Morning Gloryville has been described as a "sober rave" or a "pre work dance party". It's early morning fitness with a difference and, unlike regular raves, it is family friendly and drug and alcohol free.

Started in London a year ago, the widespread popularity and success of this event has finally seen it land on our shores. Drag your sleepy bodies (and kids) to Paddington Uniting Church and be greeted by Wake-Up Angels on arrival, who are there to meet all your morning wake-up needs with massage stations, coffee kiosk and a juice bar, all included in the entry fee.

Still not awake? Partake in some Rave-ilates or Yoga to limber up pre rave-athon. With DJ's, dancers and other musical talent and surprises for your enjoyment, make sure you are "dressed to sweat" and start your day dancing to music spanning '90's dance to jungle and soul. Early ravers can arrive and leave any time between 6.30am and 10.30am. Kids and babies under 12 rave for free (ear protectors recommended for the little ones).
