Morning Gloryville Sydney #6 - MOVE It


Founded in London in 2013, Morning Gloryville currently helps people from 19 different countries start their day dancing. Their Sydney launch in 2014 continued to build on the global popularity of this dance movement, with their weekly morning raves in Paddington attracting young and old. After a brief hiatus, Morning Gloryville are back. And ready to move it.

Morning Gloryville is pleased to announce their return to Sydney with the 'Morning Gloryville Sydney #6 – 'MOVE it' event which will be held on Tuesday October 27th at the aMBUSH Gallery in the award-winning Central Park complex in Sydney's CBD. Commencing at 6.30am, this event is in collaboration with the Movember Foundation with all proceeds being donated to their cause.


Unsure of what to expect? Well, the Morning Gloryville Crew will be on hand to make you feel welcome and pamper you with free massagesand treatments. Need something to kick start the dancing? Indulge in fresh smoothies or have a cuppa at the coffee bars. Still trying to get into it? World-class DJ's, motivational dance teams and roaming performers will be there to entertain you and in no time, you will be dancing your way into the day. For Yoga buffs, there will be free classes you can drop in and out of at your whim plus lots more surprises and treats are in store for you.


With the catch-cry "rave your way into the day", Morning Gloryville has been described as a "sober rave" or a "pre work dance party". It's early morning fitness with a difference and, unlike regular raves, it is family friendly and drug and alcohol free. Dress colourful, dress comfy, drop in on your way to work, but above all, just have fun. And dance.
