Celebrate Light from Darkness at Diwali Indian Festival
Celebrated every autumn in the Northern Hemisphere and Spring in the Southern Hemisphere is the Indian Festival of Lights, named Diwali or Dipavali. The festival symbolising the spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil and knowledge over ignorance. During the festival, homes, businesses, temples and office buildings are brightly illuminated over a five-day period, which is the duration of the festival.

Along with the above, renown Sydney based dance instructor Farah Shah and her Bollywood dancers will provide a spectacular show of colour and dance. Farah is best known for her choreography on shows "So You Think You Can Dance" and "Australian MTV Awards" and her team have performed for companies such as Thai Airways, Qantas, The PowerHouse Museum, AMP, Coco Cola and now for this fun Moreton Bay celebratory Diwali event.
