The Mooroolbark Community Market is held on the last Sunday of the month at the Mooroolbark Community Garden site on the corner of Charles and Station Streets.

The tented stalls are among the garden beds of the garden.

A coffee van is almost compulsory at markets and the Steam and Brew operated out of a vintage caravan.

The only food truck there was the Twisted Family selling the popular potato spirals in a variety of flavours.

Honey Garden Bees were selling their boutique apiary honey from gardens in the Croydon area. The bees were working from home.

Dogs are popular visitors to markets, bringing their owners. They are pleased to see Doggy Delights offering edible treats and accessories.

Many stalls are operated by artisans, such as Midway Woodcrafts offering kitchen-orientated wooden products.

Art Fairy offers unique & handmade wooden toys. They are both unique and colourful.

Tales of the Deep are handmade jewellery creations.

4 Little Bells has a range of interesting and unique products.

Oma’s Aprons have a nice range of wearables, other than aprons. I have seen Oma’s aprons at many markets which is an indication that their products are popular.

Markets are ideal locations to buy gifts. To go with the gifts, hand-made cards by Robyn would be a nice accessory.

For the keen home gardener, a large range of seedlings are available, including many tomato varieties.

This is a new market with twenty stalls on my visit, but that number will certainly grow as word spreads.
