is basically a small town, located about forty minutes from Lancelin. It is a wonder, masked with such beauty and colour.

The primary attraction of , is the river. A pool of water that most people use for either canoeing, swimming or sometimes simply just going out on their boat. The temperature of the river is always quite warm and in some parts shallow. Shallow enough to even lie down and enjoy the sun's heat.

Adjacent to the river and separated by an island of sand is the Indian Ocean. As you can see from this picture, there is also a lookout post, where you can take pictures as marvellous as this.

And don't think you don't have any access to food there. also offers a wide selection of food from either the small cafe or the supermarket. Prices are cheap, but it is fairly busy at times, simply because people adore the location.

is a great day out for a family with kids or even just a couple. You'll never tire of the things it has to offer and if you wanted, you can rent a beach house or you can bring your caravan or tent along and stay only one hundred metres away from the water.

And if you ever tire of , there are several towns nearby that are just as remote and just as beautiful as this one.

In Winter, it's not as enjoyable as the water from the river and ocean usually merges together, but on warmer days, is an excitement. It's a place you simply must go. It's amazing.
