A celebration of 150 years of community
Moore Park will be transforming into the ultimate celebration day jam-packed with family-friendly entertainment with the Moore Park 150th Birthday Community Day Event, which will feature a day filled with non-stop fun for all ages and interests.
This free family-fun event will feature more than seventy organisations, initiations and not-for-profit groups which will provide the perfect day out in association with Moore Park's rich cultural and sporting history.
There will be plenty of activities for all ages including amusement rides, petting zoos, sport activities, face painting, special guest appearances, delicious Sydney Food Trucks, entertainment and much more.

Some of the highlights will include appearances from Olympic gold medal winning women's rugby 7's team, Past and Present NRL players, performances from Sydney Rooster's cheerleaders, The Australian Army Roving Band, The Sydney Girl's High Choir, exclusive behind-the-scenes tours of Fox Studios, NSW Fire Brigade and State Emergency Service demonstrations and much more.
Be sure to check out the nature play, eco-art and plaster painting activities for some creative entertainment.
There will be animal presentations by Taronga Zoo, so be sure to check this out if you are a lover of animals or maybe take a thrill ride at one of the amusement rides. Whatever you are into this event has it all!
Take some time out and sink your teeth into some of the delicious foods available at the Food Trucks.

Do note that there will be limited parking options and it is recommended to arrive by public transport to the event.
The best option to get to Moore Park is via bus- get off at Anzac Parade, near Sydney Boys High School.
