Event: -
It's that time of year again when Ford Focus Moonlight Cinema is open for everyone to attend. It's an open air cinema located on the green grass at Botanic Park which screens classic films we all know and love, new releases and a selection of cult films. The first movie screening is on the 24th of November with the last being on the 18th of February.

The Moonlight Cinema is something that everyone should experience at least once. Instead of spending a hot summers night at the beach, spend it at Botanic Park with friends or a loved one. You can bring a blanket and your own picnic foods while enjoying a beautiful outdoor experience.

Like most cinema experiences, there are many different tickets and packages to choose from. Gold Grass is the most expensive at $33 which entitles you to the movie of your choice and a reserved bean bed in the best possible seating you can imagine. On Wednesdays Gold Grass is only $25. All other tickets are only $12 on Wednesdays. For any other sessions the prices range from $18 to $33 depending on whether you're an Adult, Concession, Senior, Child or purchasing Gold Grass.

Once again the screening list for Moonlight Cinema does not disappoint. There's something for everyone. Doors open at 7pm and the films screen at sundown - approximately 8:45pm - 9:00pm. The schedule for the rest of this year and early next is as follows;

Your Comment
Its the same concept as the melbourne one. Which is great, especially for Adelaide. Always great to see movies in summer outdoors. It makes it a special evening.

Hi,

Thanks for the great article, we're glad to be back! One small correction: Can you please correct on here that GATES OPEN at 7PM, film starts at sundown - approx 8:45 - 9pm. The films do NOT start at 7pm - it's not dark enough.

Thanks,
Moonlight Adelaide
