Hear ye hear ye! Check out the March program for the last month of Moonlight Cinema entertainment! It'll be a while before the next season comes along, so make the most of a family night out, fun with friends, or date night with a difference. Book early as all the favourites get booked out fast!

Make it luxurious and special if you want to dress to impress your loved ones by heading for Gold Grass and the Connoisseur Lounge. All you then need to do is hire a Bean Bed to lay back on, enjoy the moonlight and film, while sipping on something from the bar or munching on cinema staples from the food and coffee van on the grounds. You have till 31 March 2019 before it all ends for all states. Unfortunately, Adelaide good times have already come to an end. We all know Moonlight is more than movies. It's hanging out and gossiping with your bestie before the film.

  • Brisbane - Amphitheatre, Roma Street Parkland. Within the park, enter via Foxtail or White Jacaranda Ave, opposite the Spectacle Garden.
  • Melbourne - Central Lawn, Melbourne Gardens (Royal Botanic Gardens, Victoria). Enter via Gate D on Birdwood Ave (near the intersection of Domain Rd) and follow the path to the Central Lawn.
  • Perth - May Drive Parkland in Kings Park and Botanic Garden. Enter from May Drive.
  • Sydney - Belvedere Amphitheatre, Centennial Park (corner of Carrington Dr and Broome Ave), Paddington. Nearest gates are the Woollahra Gates on Oxford Street.

  • If you missed it in February, A Star is Born is back in March, so you can take your heart out of your mouth and wear it on your sleeve for this film that might require a tissue or two. Bradley Cooper is the seasoned musician helping a young singer (played by the one and only Lady Gaga) find herself and fame. It's authentic, it's real and amazing to discover that Bradley has a voice! If you haven't seen it yet, don't miss it!

Sticking with the music genre, Bohemian Rhapsody is definitely unmissable! OMG! is an apt new age description for this film that has taken Rami Malek from a mere pharaoh in Night at the Museum to the heights of Freddy Mercury; a role he plays impressively! You just don't want it to end! This is definitely a Freddy biopic to have in your collection to watch over and over again; even 62 times and counting, if you wish, like the lady in Queensland.

On The Basis of Sex is the true story of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, born in 1933 Brooklyn, New York City. It portrays her struggles for equal rights and the early cases of a historic career that led to her nomination and confirmation as US Supreme Court Associate Justice. Join the feisty Felicity Jones and her on-screen husband Armie Hammer in the fight for her rights!

Green Book is a surprising little number you won't want to miss! Viggo Mortensen stars as a working-class Italian-American bouncer who becomes a driver when the venue he's working at undergoes renovations for a month. He works for an African-American classical pianist played by Mahershala Ali on a tour of venues through the 1960s American South. Tony Lip Vallelonga is not enthused to work for a black man! Armed with a travel guide for safe travel through America's racial segregation with the snobbishly erudite pianist, the disparate pair witness and endure America's appalling injustices on the road and find a newfound respect for each other's talents and heart to face them together. Again, another film not to be missed!

The good, the bad or the ugly, can anyone really miss Clint Eastwood in The Mule ?! Eastwood plays a character a year and a bit shy of his real age (and how impressive is that!) as a 90 year old horticulturist and Korean War veteran caught up in transporting $3 million worth of cocaine through Illinois for a Mexican drug cartel. As always, directed by Eastwood, it also stars Bradley Cooper and Eastwood's real-life daughter Alison Eastwood also has a role in the film as Iris.

For the Dwayne The Rock Johnson fans, he's back! Fighting with My Family is not quite what you perceive. It's about a former wrestler and his family who make a living performing at small venues around the country, while his kids have dreams and desires of joining World Wrestling Entertainment. It's not just about wrestling, but of the road travelled to make your dreams come true.

Us is what happens when a family's serenity turns to chaos when a group of doppelgängers begin to terrorise. The Wilson family vacation to get away from the rat-race. On a day at the beach, young son Jason almost wanders off, setting alarm bells off for mother Adelaide to be more protective. That night, four mysterious people break into Adelaide's childhood home where they're staying. Shockingly, the intruders look like and talk like them; only with grotesque appearances. From Jordan Peel, writer/director of Get Out, comes a new nightmare! I don't envy you trying to choose with so much more on offer. Just start choosing and booking, as the popular and favourites will be swamped before you know it.
