I love trying new food and new restaurants. My other passions are Origami and Pokémon
A popular event that is part of the annual OzAsia Festival, the Moon Lantern Parade is making a return on 19 October 2019 at Elder Park opposite the Adelaide Oval. The event is based on the Mid-Autumn Festival, a harvest festival celebrated by Chinese all over the world.

The main event, the lantern parade led by a giant Hong Kong Dragon starts after sunset but in the meantime, visitors can experience a variety of Asian performances such as martial art performances, Indonesian puppet shows and Bollywood showcases. There will also be workshops featuring various Asian activities along with Adelaide's best-known food trucks offering a wide variety of food options. The event concludes with a fireworks display following the lantern parade.
