Come and experience the thrill and excitement of the 25th Mooloolaba Triathlon Festival. Three invigorating days from the 10 to 12 March 2017. The iconic Mooloolaba Triathlon is a feature event on the Australian Triathlon Calendar and is the perfect Festival for first-timers and seasoned tri-athletes.
Located in the heart of the pristine Sunshine Coast, the Mooloolaba Triathlon's course is well known for its ocean swim as well as the festive atmosphere as thousands of triathletes from all over the country meet at this ever-popular beachside town.
Date: Friday 10 March 2017 Location: The Mooloolaba Esplanade Course: Twilight Run - 5km, two lap course along Mooloolaba Esplanade Twilight Sprint - 4 x 1.25km lap course along Mooloolaba Esplanade* Open Men* - must complete 5km in under 18 minutes Open Women* - must complete 5km in under 21 minutes
The Twilight Run is deemed to be one of Australia's premier 5km road distance events and continually attracts an outstanding field. The event is open to an array of participants from elites in the Twilight Sprint to families wanting to walk the 5km distance together.
The Twilight Sprint is back for 2017 - a fast-paced, four loop course specifically designed for the speedsters. This Sprint has been modelled after the famous Noosa Bolt and provides elite runners and aspiring age group runners the opportunity to put their speed to the test.

The Superkidz Triathlon is the kids only version of the Mooloolaba Triathlon and is for all children aged 7 - 13 years. All participants will receive a participation medallion and an official Mooloolaba Superkidz Triathlon T-shirt.

The Mooloolaba Special Triathlon is one of only three triathlons specifically produced for people with special needs. This triathlon showcases some of the most special moments of the weekend with the emphasis on fun and enjoyment.
What an exciting weekend and it's all happening in Mooloolaba on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Why not make a whole weekend of it, whether you're a participant or a spectator, it's sure to be an energy-driven, exhilarating time for all.
