A Little Bit Different
On Vendale Ave at the intersection of Koala Road is a delightful park worth going to just for the cubby and fort.

As well as the usual swings, springers, climbing pole and slide the highlight of this park is the really cute Moolabin Cubby house and the fabulous fort.

Lots of shade and a grassy area make this a welcoming park.
At least some of the credit for the condition of the park must go to the Moorooka Greening Group who have been involved with habitat restoration on the site.

Running through the park is the wide Yeronga-Moorooka bikeway. Part of the area has large sandstone blocks perfect for seating or for little people to practice balancing.

There is a picnic shelter with electric barbecue and water tap for your morning tea or lunch break.

The park can also be accessed from Citrus and Wharton Streets.
