The 'Bomba Di Cioccolato' adds a touch of theatre to the meal. A creation of Pastry Chef Jasmine, this dessert arrives at your table as a ball of chocolate. It slowly dissolves as a mixture of hot berry compote is poured over it, to reveal a tasty treat. Hidden within the chocolate shell is a hazelnut praline mousse with a crunchy Feuilletine base. You can enjoy mouthfuls of fudgy texture and sweet, nutty overtones from the mousse mixed in with a light crispy crunch of the base. The sour tang from the berry compote balances the sweetness of the dessert.
