The 'Prezzemolino E Mentuccia' by Pastry Chef Jasmine is a delicious play of flavours and textures. The ice cream is smooth, creamy and lightly sweetened with olive oil undertones. The hand-torn pieces of parsley and mint sponge are light and fluffy. The topping of blueberries add a contrasting colour and burst of critus-like sour to the otherwise sweet dessert.
