The 'Burratta E Prosciutto Crudo' features a fresh Burrata sourced from Italy. This semi-soft cheese is made from mozzarella and cream. The shell of solid mozzarella has an elastic texture that opens to reveal soft and creamy insides. It is paired with paper-thin slices of prosciutto di San Daniele. This Italian dry-cured ham brings a layer of sweet and salty flavors to the Burrata. The dish is best enjoyed with a splash of Monti's full flavoured olive oil.
