Challenge others to board games
A community group has organised a board games night for everyone to participate in.

The first games night will be held on 27 August at East Victoria Park Family and Community Centre in Gloucester Street.

Tickets cost $5 to enter and the session runs from 6pm to 9pm. The event has the support of Act Belong Commit.

Though originally set up for members of the Perth Active Depression Support Group, no membership is required to attend the game nights.

The group has been running for two months with the aim of improving people's mental health by engaging with others through recreational activities.

Board game nights are expected to become a monthly event for all to stimulate their minds.
