The most fun you can have exhausting your kids for sleep

Recently, a new kids' play centre by the name of Monkey Mania opened at Top Ryde City Shopping Centre. Having a 4 year old means I have been to a fair few of these places but this is my favourite so far. In my opinion, here is why.

Apart from being new and therefore having a very "clean" feel about it, the play areas are state of the art with something to amuse even the fussiest of kids. It even has a kiddies go-kart track. At $3 a ride or $5 for 2 rides, it is well worth it. Please note that children under 5 need to be accompanied by an adult.

The gun/cannon foam ball area is also another winner. Most of the kids stayed in that area shooting foam balls all over the place and the best part was when they all cascaded down at once. I even enjoyed participating in a bit of foam ball shooting with my son.

Another plus is it seems all the climbing structures are made high enough for adults to be able to climb through easily in case you need to attend to your child for any reason. There is also an inflatable jumping castle, dedicated toddler area, lots of slides, a caf, amenities and of course, convenient parking.

In addition to all that, the themed party rooms include Candyland, Undersea Pirate, Mermaid, Enchanted Fairy, Jungle Safari, Spaceship and there is also a disco room. They are ALL spectacular.

Your Comment
I went to Top Ryde to check it out, but couldn't find Monkey Mania. I saw a few signs but how do you get there? Is it in the car park somewhere?

Recently visited Top Ryde Monkey Mania, crowded, short of staff, it took forever to get your food order. Not recommended at all!
