The Moi An family has certainly taken Vietnamese Street Food to the next level.

Their food is very contemporary and oh so very delicious.

Vietnamese pancake with tofu doesn't sound like much, however, after having one bite, you're hooked.

The only negative thing is that it appears they don't have a fixed address, but they are very active in the market and festival scene.
