If you are at the Burswood Entertainment Complex for any reason, and you are looking for a place to eat, then look no further than Modo Mio . With delicious Italian food it is definitely the place to be.

When entering the restaurant, you will be struck by the décor- a fresh and inspired design that makes the restaurant look sophisticated and fresh. The waiters and waitresses are wonderful - they are attentive and they know their menu so well. The service is impeccable, with the orders and food being taken and delivered fast without rushing you and the drinks presented quickly and with a smile. All the waiters are pleasant and it seems they truly love working there.

The food is generous, and fresh. There is a wide selection to choose from and there are plenty of vegetarian options. There are gourmet pizzas and fresh pastas to choose from- try the Fusilli verdi al pollo, porcini e pomodori secchi; fusilli pasta with chicken, tomatoes and mushrooms, a lovely pasta dish at $26 however it is a very generous helping. For pizza, try the Pizza Diavola; a spicy pizza that is complemented with the anchovies, making it hot, but not too hot.

If you are not interested in pizza or pasta, there are fish and meat dishes available - try the Costata di manzo wagyu con tortino di patate, tortino di patate e funghi porcini, rucola e parmigiano; a grilled Wagyu steak with mushrooms, salad and a potato cake. While it sounds delicious, keep in mind that this dish costs a whopping $110, although apparently it is definitely worth it.

There are plenty of other dishes available as well, this is just a small selection of a very large menu. There is really too much to choose from for just one meal, you need to visit a few times to try all the things you will want to try.



For drinks, there are the usual soft drinks, wines and spirits available, and the prices are reasonable, no more than any other restaurant would charge.

Desserts are available; there is a wide range of sorbets available, all look delicious and there are so many desserts to choose from, all at fair prices. However as your meal will be so generous, there is a good chance you will have no room left for dessert. If you do, then try their amazing tiramisu- you won't regret it.

The atmosphere in this wonderful restaurant is electric; it is charged, vibrant and bubbly. There is a feeling of fun and enjoyment in the air that can't be manufactured. It is an absolutely delightful place to visit.
