The Coast to Coast the Golden Roast difference is that none of their meats are pre-cooked! Friendly, professional staff arrive four (4) hours prior to your designated serving time, bringing with them a fully enclosed, smokeless gas spit roast oven.

All meat is then cooked fresh on-site, carved, and served directly to your guests from a heated bain marie.
