It is good to spend an hour or so cycling in the gym, which is a great exercise, especially for those who don't own a real bike. However, you do not need to own one to undertake a riding adventure, combining good exercise with fresh air and a constant change of scenery.

Mobile Bike Cafe is right next to the intersection of Bay street and The Grand Parade in Brighton-Le-Sands, which is such a convenient location to just rent a bike, cross the road and there you go, feeling the wind in your hair.



You can rent a bicycle for an hour, 3 hours or a whole day, and they are available 7 days a week. You can rent it on your own or with a group of friends or a family. Pedal towards Dolls Point and beyond, or stop for a quick dip in many bathing enclosures found on the way.



Upon return, tired but happy, you can have a coffee and sweets in a coffee shop watching the world go by, planning your next fun day of cycling along the coast.
