Where do those who wish to enter a Japanese culinary paradise go to? Why Mizuya Restaurant of course!
This amazing restaurant is a fun and exciting way to enjoy the delicacies that the Japanese culture has to offer. When entering the restaurant, one may think that they have began to walk through the famous Tokyo city. They utilise their compact cubicles to perfection as do the electronic menus.
For starters, my friend and I shared the sushi platter in which they offered an array of different dishes to sample, including salmon, tofu and egg. Although I did not enjoy these dishes particularly, my friend found them very delicious so, for her sake, I would recommend them.
For main, I ventured for a sautéed chicken, and can I say, is there anything better than a deliciously cooked chicken? If you agree with me, I'm sure you'll believe me when I tell you that this chicken was exquisitely cooked, and the flavours melted together. It was perfection, you could hardly believe such a restaurant could perform to such high expectations.
And while Oreo and mint ice cream does not sound appealing, it certainly was! Although I would not think of it as any sort of scrumptious combination (I rarely enjoy mint and chocolate), I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed this dessert the whole way through!
Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants to experience a delicious, and affordable meal by yourself, with a friend or with your family.
