I love Missy Higgins. Seen her before, can't wait to see her again. She has a magical voice and such an untarnished air about her. And a warmth and fragility that's so enchanting.
Can't wait to sit back, relax at the Astor in Mt Lawley and enjoy.
If you weren't quick enough to get your tickets to the Saturday show - the good news is there are still some tickets left to the Sunday show. And it's a public holiday weekend - so you've got to do something cool, right?
Get onto BOCS for tickets. They're $66.80 and for over 18s only. Sorry younger fans.
I'm looking forward to hearing Missy's special songs from the Sound of White, On a Clear Night and the soon to be released album The Ol Razzle Dazzle.
There's some natural, refreshing and wonderful about Missy. And she's a charmer on stage too. See you at the gig.
I'm pretty sure I would turn gay for Missy Higgins! Loved, loved, loved the show. It was beautiful and understated. Missy told us about how she'd taken time out from music and come back. I think she's fallen in love (perhaps with Butterfly Boucher her new BFF - unconfirmed, just my tip!). A selection of old Missy, new Missy and inspired Missy and one of the best bits - no pre-conceived encore.. just all the songs you need at a Missy gig. ahhhhhhh
