Banh Cuon - Steamed Vietnamese Rice Crepes with wood ear mushrooms and traditional minced pork. - Priced at around $13.

Apparently these are a "bastard" to make, and are therefore a rarity on menus (according to mischu's own Bondi Tuckshop menu).

They are delicious though, and well worth ordering. Hot and flavoursome, these rice crepes are rolled and sliced for ease of eating.

We sampled these along with a bowl of Pho, two servings of steamed dumplings and a steamed pork bun.
