Food for in-between - satisfy those cravings
Are you like me and get hungry in-between meals? Often, grocery money is low and one cannot afford a whole lot? Well, it is as simple as this: soup, salad and sandwich!

You can choose from one category or all three. For example, simply choose a soup. Then again, simply choose a soup, salad and sandwich combined!

Below are some suggestions:

Soup

It is as simple as opening a can that can be found at your local dollar store. Choose a variety!

Salad

Buy a bag of lettuce for about $2.00 to $3.00 (US currency). To keep it simple, purchase some shredded cheese and one or two other toppings. Instead of buying such fattening and expensive dressings, buy a bottle of oil and a bottle of vinegar. Such lasts forever and you only need two capfuls per serving.

Sandwich

All you have to do is take a trip to your local deli! You have such a variety to choose from! Salami, pepperoni, bologna, etc. While at the grocery store, do not forget to buy a loaf of bread!

Finally, do not starve yourself just because it is not breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also, are you still hungry hours after dinner?

The above suggestions should satisfy your cravings.
