Hot on the heels of the Garden & Outdoor Market is the Donut Festival on Sunday 4 July from 9am to 4pm for all your doughy and sugar deliciousness. Who doesn't love a hot donut aka doughnut oozing warm slurpy jam on a cold winters morning! Expect to find the OG hot jam donuts, oozing chocolate-filled donuts, vegan and gluten-free donuts, churro bowls, 1950's style milkshakes and more. It's going to be a fun-filled day of live entertainment, great food, and even a donut eating competition. How many do you think you can devour in 2 minutes? The lucky winner will take home a year's supply of hot jam doughnuts from the American Doughnut Kitchen, PLUS Market Vouchers!

Next, up, a series of Pet Lovers Market (as per dates above) from Sunday 4 July at J - M Sheds (Peel Street end). As part of the Mini Market Series, you'll find specialised goods for your beloved pet. Find more information about pets at the Market on the event page in accordance with the Food Safety Victoria and the Food Act. Pet collars, natural pet treats, cool dog wear, gourmet pet treats, pet supplies, cat toys and scratcher and more can be expected to be found, and you'll find the traders also listed on the event page.

The Winter Night Market is set to be back on again after it was postponed due to lockdown. The next upcoming date is listed as 7 July, however, don't take that as gospel, and it is recommended that you follow QVM's social media to stay updated about this beloved Night Market launching at the open-air sheds.

QVM's Facebook page is also filled with information like the FREE Christmas in July workshops for the kids where they get to design their own earmuffs, beanies, and more. Spaces are limited so be sure to book.

Take note vintage-lovers that Re-Playground has moved into a permanent location in String Bean Alley where you'll find a fabulous collection of vintage shirts, bags, jackets, coats, sunglasses, bucket hats and more.

Tis the season to also indulge in truffles and The Traditional Pasta Shop have a delicious new range of truffle filled pasta that you just have to try. Flavours include pulled pork truffle ravioli, artichoke truffle ravioli, and zucchini eggplant and capsicum truffle ravioli, and for extra decadence, there's also truffle infused pasta sauce. Find the Traditional Pasta Shop in the Dairy Produce Hall, but if you can't get here these products are also available via Queen Victoria Market Online. As aforementioned, stay tuned for more exciting tit-bits on QVM's socials.
