Come along and get creative at this free family-friendly event for all ages. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parental guardian or carer. Presented as part of Melbourne Knowledge Week (be sure to check out some mind-blowing events there), this event is on Sunday 13 May 2018 from 1pm to 4pm at Library at the Dock, 107 Victoria Harbour Promenade, Docklands.
You'll be teamed with local makers, fashion designers, artists, organisations and academics who are people who create amazing things in celebration of the DIY spirit. It's going to be a fun day of free games, workshops, talks, community hangouts and virtual reality, so be there! MKW18 (Melbourne Knowledge Week 2018) is all about interactive events, workshops, dinners, and performances, that'll explore what our changing world might mean for our city. This festival is a chance for everyone in the community to be inspired about the future of city living, technology, food, work, health, sports, and art, and celebrates our most ambitious innovators, creators and problem solvers leading the way. It's definitely an event to check out!
