Mini Golf King in the Canberra Outlet Centre is an 18 hole American style themed indoor mini golf centre. The 18 hole mini golf course has three distinct areas to punt in - the Lost Jungle, Pharaoh's Tomb, and the Dragon's Lair. These three distinct areas add to the fun of the mini golf course, by mixing up the scenery and creating some interesting holes like the Egyptian beetles, the jungle ramp and the canon.
Egyptian section
The holes themselves were not only interesting but also challenging but not too challenging that you would spend too long trying to get the ball in. On every hole, we managed to get the ball in within the 6 putts allowed per hole. The fact that the holes weren't too difficult was also useful, as there was another group of people right behind us, so we were able to keep playing without feeling too rushed or pushed for time!
All in all, it took us about an hour and a bit to get around the 18 hole course, and it was a fair bit of fun. Making it the perfect activity for a cold or wet winter day, in fact, since it's indoor, Mini Golf King is great for every day.
The jungle section
Entry included one round of the 18 hole course as well as a bonus hole at the end, although I would have loved to go around the course again and see if I could better my score the second time around.
