While I fell absolutely head-over-heels in love with the "toddler lounge" range, I discovered Mini Beanz a few years too late... too late for me, but not too late for you. My seven-year-old and nine-year-old opted for the way-cool Finn the Shark chair and tween candy stripe with cup holder.
I did not love
filling these chairs, I'm not going to lie! By the way, you will need to purchase the filling separately (available at your favourite local department store for about $12/100L; you'll need about 150-200L depending on what kind of chair you buy). But next time I will not try filling the chair shells by myself; I was way too excited to get them filled and made quite a mess of static laden teeny tiny polystyrene balls in my lounge room.
Back to the chairs. Amazing. Light enough for my kids to carry them between their bedrooms and the lounge room for movie nights and chilling for some device time. My five-year-old twins like to commandeer them while their older siblings are at school.
Finn-the-Shark's fin actually doubles as a handle, and as the beach image implies, the shell is somewhat water and sand repellent, and this chair could also double as a fun beach or pool-side chair.
