Mindfulness Practice Group

Selected Sundays, 9:00 am 9:40 am AEST

I have practiced mindfulness with Manish Singh and found his classes to be very rewarding and calming. He is offering a class now online and you can participate from the safety of your living room and enjoy the messages, the exercises and the tranquil setting. Cultivate inner peace, calm and wellbeing in uncertain times.

Dealing with uncertainty is one of the many things that mindfulness can help us manage. Manish and Simone are here to help and are offering a number of activities. Join their weekly practice group and learn simple daily exercises and meditations to help you find the inner strength to stay balanced and be present for those around you - especially through these challenging times.

Online event details will be emailed on registration. Due to the current global situation, Manish and Simone are providing access to this group for a small donation. However, if you are currently experiencing financial hardship - they understand - skip the donation and complete your registration.
