Present Mind Psychology is offering an ALL-NEW weekly meditation class for adults in 2020.
This is an opportunity to reduce stress and cultivate an increased sense of calmness and relaxation in your day to day life.
Come and discover all that mindfulness has to offer you alongside Jacqueline Sander (Psychologist MPsych, MSc) in a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Held on Fridays afternoons, 1:30 to 2:30 pm from 14th February 2020, Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners will explore a range of diverse topics each week, including:
The course is suitable for everyone, from beginners to advanced meditators.
It will be held at Bull Creek Community Centre with plenty of free parking available at Stocklands shops.
The cost is donation based. Your donation is greatly appreciated to help continue the class and allow others who are not able to donate to come along. Unsure what to pay? The suggested donation is $5.
