Walk & Raise awareness for mental health issues
Going for a walk creates the opportunity for the mind to wander off and your body to expel energy, allowing you to relax into a different mind space than you are at work or doing chores at home.

On Saturday 27th October 2019, you can be part of the 'Mindful Walk' for Mental Health occurring in Melbourne from 10.00am to 12 Noon. Tickets start at $25.69 (including tax and fee) for Early Bird sales if purchased by 27th September or after this date, at $35.997 (including tax and fee) up until 26th October 2019. Refunds are not given.

This community walk will give each person the chance to slow down and reconnect with the surroundings and to themselves. This walk is not about racing to a finish line, it's about enjoying your time and the walk itself.

Supported by Love Me Love You and to raise awareness around mental illness and suicide prevention, the walk starts off from Kings Domain, Alexandra Avenue, Melbourne. Unfortunately, suicide is the leading cause of death for Australian between 15 and 44 years of age. If you cannot attend, you may like to give a donation.
