This summer, Adelaide Mindfulness is presenting a series of enlightening programs which will help you develop a greater sense of clarity, ease and joy in your everyday life!

Facilitated by Tina Gibson and Barb Hancock, both highly experienced and trained Mindfulness teachers, these experiential programs can assist you to:

  • Motivate yourself with understanding and kindness rather than criticism

  • Find greater ease and acceptance in the ebbs and flows of life

  • Handle difficult emotions and stress with greater perspective

  • Manage empathy fatigue and prevent burn-out

  • Develop unconditional friendliness to yourself

    The programs are open to all: choose from three options this summer:

  • Mindful Self-Compassion 8-week program comprising of weekly 3-hour sessions with Tina Gibson, Certified Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Teacher and Teacher trainer and Peter Gibson, MSC Teacher and Counsellor.

    This evidence-based program can transform your relationship with yourself!

    The course runs from 2nd February - 23rd March 2017 at Henley Beach, SA.

  • Mindful Self-Compassion 5-day Intensive. The MSC intensive has the same content as the 8-week program but is offered as consecutive days.

    The course runs from 17th - 20th of February, 2017 at Cumberland Park, SA.

  • A Month of Mindfulness with Barb Hancock. This 4-week program comprising of weekly 2 hour sessions, provides a wonderful introduction to the key practices and principles of Mindfulness. It is suitable for those new to Mindfulness or those wanting to refresh and deepen their practice.

    The course runs from 14th February - 7th March 2017.
