Public Talk

Mind or Heart Which Can I Trust?

His Eminence the 7th Dzogchen Rinpoche says the speed and pace of modern life is making it hard for people to live with confidence and clarity, and it's crucial to understand the contrast between mind and heart if we want to make good decisions and lead a happy and fulfilled life.

Dzogchen Rinpoche will be in Melbourne on Friday 4th August at Hawthorn Arts Centre (360 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn) to give a public talk entitled 'Mind or Heart Which Can I Trust?'

With his natural, relaxed dignity, Dzogchen Rinpoche understands the challenges of modern life and is able to make the ancient and authentic Dzogchen methods of mindfulness and meditation accessible to everyone.

Tickets are $25 ($20 concession) and can be purchased online at www.trybooking.com/DEDU
