If you're in need of finding a solution to relieve all the pent up stress or are keen to investigate natural medicines, essential oils, massage, yoga and all things regarding enhancing your wellbeing, then a trip to the Mind Body Spirit Festival might be just what the doctor (holistic or otherwise) ordered.
Now even if you are somewhat sceptical, as I am, about psychic readings and just what colour your aura is, it is still a fun and enlightening day out with plenty of other, more down to earth areas to explore too. The main draw card for me is that it is a great venue to find lots of natural options for skincare products, cosmetics and soaps. In keeping with the less unusual features, the festival also offers up artwork, jewellery, giftware, clothing and green products for you to peruse.
If you have food allergies, special dietary requirements or just like eating very clean, there will be organic food and other specialized products, as well as tea, coffee and chocolate to take a look at.
When it comes to your physical wellbeing there is no shortage of options to endeavour into, with acupuncture, aromatherapy, alternative healing, herbal medicines, massage, meditation, Pilates, yoga, reflexology, reiki and spas and health retreats.
If you are looking to explore your spiritual side then there is of course much to see and do here. With psychic readings, astrology and numerology, chakra balancing and spiritual healing.
There is a multitude of alternatives to see, hear, do and learn about, so if you're ready to balance your chakra, or indeed find out what the heck your chakra is then maybe you should head out to the festival and open up your mind, body and spirit.
