OUTDOOR MOVIES - Perth has the ideal climate for an event like this - with warm nights and clear skies, it is therefore, time to get together a group of friends for a night of fun under the stars!

You can come along to watch a beautiful film while enjoying delicious BBQ food and ice cold drinks. There are also heaps of amazing prizes to be won including an overnight stay at [b]Rendezvous Hotel Perth, Scarborough**

This is, of course, the swanky hotel with fabulous ocean views, food and service, and this would be a great prize to win and use over the Christmas break, and the prize also includes a full buffet breakfast for two!

By just coming along to this event, you will be supporting a very special little boy - "Mighty Mikey" who is a 20-month-old superstar who was born with severe brain damage.

[b]ABOUT MIGHTY MIKEY**
His parents are doing everything they can to get him the therapy and equipment he needs to reach major milestones. Emma and Andy are Mikey's (Michael Paul Albert) parents and Mikey is their first child and the most amazing little human. Mikey has Cerebral Palsy, epilepsy, hearing loss, global developmental delay and microcephaly.

You can read more of the heart-wrenching story about Mikey here .

Mikey has been enrolled in an intensive 3-week therapy program with the NAPA Centre, which commenced in January 2017. The cost of this therapy is $10,000 and it is hoped that he will be able to participate 2-3 times a year.

NAPA is an incredible therapy centre in Sydney that offers blocks of intensive therapy for 3 hours a day, 5 days a week for 3 weeks. This type of therapy can produce amazing results for children with CP. The 3-week intensive programme is based on strengthening and conditioning, decreasing unwanted reflexes, and teaching new improved motor patterns through repetition and correct alignment.

He tolerates his therapies really well and works so hard at all the tasks put in front of him. He is constantly being pushed to his limits to help him learn to use his body correctly.

Mikey's journey is a long one, it takes hours of dedication from not only Mikey but also from his parents, friends and family. They are all so committed to Mikey, to give him every opportunity to succeed and this is the reason they need to fundraise.

100% of monies raised through this fundraising event will go directly to Mikey's therapy and equipment.
