Expensive wines, luxurious hotel suites and Japanese bondage
Bob is an aging petty criminal. Helena is a grasping divorce lawyer with a penchant for sleeping with other women's husbands. It's Midsummer in Edinburgh and the two meet up in a bar and although every possible reason is against it, they spend the night together.

The night turns into an eventful weekend of zany adventure and humour.

Black Swan's Director of Midsummer (A Play With Songs), to give it its full name, Damon Lockwood, had this to say: "Midsummeris a highly entertaining and massively sexy show that is the perfect way to send off the year in style. It is a heartwarming romp between two very different people unexpectedly meeting and against all odds falling in love - which is a situation we can all relate to, because who could ever imagine the person we ultimately fall in love with?"

Featuring local legend Brendan Hanson (I Will Survive) and Georgina Gayler (Lockie Leonard), this production offers knock out surprises, a quick wit and delightful chemistry.
Accompanied by a four-piece band, Bob and Helena knock about the famous streets of Edinburgh with an intensifying fascination for each other while always suspecting they were never really meant to be together.
