I'm a grandmother, a retired teacher, an avid reader who loves historical re-enactment, English Country Dance, writing and Op Shopping. My business www.StepIntoHistory.com.au is designed to help children experience history through school incursions.
Situated along Middle Rd with entry via Jardine Court, Boronia Heights, Middle Park is a pleasant large park with plenty of facilities

The park contains two playgrounds. The one closest to Middle Road is fenced to help corral young children. It is well shaded and has a sand base.

As I walked toward the second area of equipment I thought "Oh no. Its' been vandalised." but no, that's apparently how it's meant to be. (Well it has been graffitied but that doesn't affect the use). This equipment is different from any I've seen before. I'm not entirely sure what you're meant to do on the wonky bit - or what the yellow lines are.

Unusual equipment.

In one area there are three pieces of gym apparatus with instructions. If you can't afford the gym or would rather work out in the fresh air, you will love this.

This is also a designated off leash dog park. The council list states that the park has 'dog agility equipment' but I didn't notice that. I suspect it may be the area on the other side of Jardine Rd which I didn't investigate. There is also a bike track running from Middle Road through to Murrumbidgee Street.

Large and lovely park.
