Celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival over two days on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September, from 10am-10pm each day.
A celebration of East-Asian Culture, this festival coincides with the middle of Autumn in China and is more generally known as the Mooncake Festival.
Observed in China, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan and Singapore this festival is a celebration of abundance and togetherness.
Crown Casino Riverwalk, Southbank, will be lit up with Chinese lanterns and be transformed into a vibrant atmosphere filled with lively music and dance performances, and aromas of mouth watering Asian food.
Watch and listen to exciting performances such as lion dance, Japanese drumming, Tai Chi demonstrations, and classical opera, and join in to try your skills at lantern making and painting.
Enjoy a diverse variety of delicacies from numerous hawker style stalls. From Peking Duck and vegetarian dumplings, to steaming hot noodles, there's sure to be something to please everyone's appetite. Make sure to leave room for a mooncake!
