Michelle and The Gentlemen's Club played a sold out show at The Jade Monkey on Saturday June 28th. The show featured Michelle Pearson , a South Australian based singer, songwriter and performer backed by The Gentlemen's Club members Milush Plouchaud, Chris Neale, Alex Wignall and Max Garcia-Underwood.

After a sell-out show at the Adelaide 2013 Fringe and a packed house at the Adelaide 2014 Fringe Michelle and The Gentlemen's Club returned for one night only. The sold out show at The Jade was a great mix of music and comedy with antics of Michelle's life.

They played only Australia music to help support Australian artists featuring music by INXS and Cold Chisel. Her amazing voice highlighted the songs and made it a heart-warming performance. The audience was captured by the comical change of lyrics to well known songs. The show was based around the men who have influenced Michelle's life, giving a real insight into the person she really is. On stage she is honest and open with the personal stories of her life.

Throughout the show Michelle would speak of the person who influenced this part of her life whether it be one of her ex-partners, her father or brother and then follow it with a song. Her song about her father called Smooth Operator had the audience in hysterical laugher including lyrics "Have you met my Dad, you probably have, he's a smooth operator." She found the funny side to her father's love for women and made you see she's very open with her audience.

She shared stories from her childhood, relationships and rough times throughout her life. This show at times was deeply moving and very personal. She has a real talent for entertainment and would be a show not to be missed if Michelle and The Gentlemen's Club return for The 2015 Adelaide Fringe.
