These mini Pork sliders with Asian Slaw were the perfect snack for my partner, who was just after something light and tasty!

Merricks General Wine Store is off the beaten track away from the crowds on the Mornington Peninsula in Merrick. Offering delicious seasonal food in the bistro, its cosy in winter with the open fireplace. If you have brought a furry friend with you, there is an option to sit outside and soak in the sea breeze.

There's energy and vibe with a mix of rustic country charm. The general store is great if you want to stock up on delicious produce, from gourmet olive oil, muesli or that perfect passata. Or if you prefer to source locally produced wines from the many surrounding vineyards than the cellar door is great for taste testing, and to take home your favourite wine!
