The Meroogal Women's Art Prize celebrates the creativity and achievements of female artists across NSW.Now in its 17th year, the exhibition showcases the work of 35 talented artists in the historic house of Meroogal and its garden, throwing new light on the house's stories and rich collection of objects.
Tour the house and exhibition which pays tribute to the four generations of women from the Thorburn and Macgregor families who lived at Meroogal in Nowra for almost 100 years.Guests can also add to the interactive Water Picnic artwork and vote for their favourite work in the People's Choice Awards.
Come along this weekend and join the felt-making for sculpture workshop led by exhibiting artist Anita Larkin and enjoy a guided tour. The exhibition is on now until 30 March 2019.
