The has been open about the same amount of time as Ole Fuego and Harajuko Gyoza , all part of the new and improved Indooroopilly Shopping Centre restaurant precinct located on the Station Road end of the centre.

At first it seemed hard for them to get people in, maybe because it seemed a little lackluster, too open to the elements and generally looking like the poor sister amongst the princesses in the new block of restaurants (I have to admit that I was being judgemental).

Finally, however, it was decided to give them an honest try.

It is satisfying to see tables filling up and lots of groups coming in to check it out, as you always want a new business to do well.

Accent pillows and banquette cushions are nicely matched to the furniture and surrounds (don't know how I missed those). The tone is pleasing and comfortable, and you will have to ask where they got their pillow covers from. A blanket has been placed at each table to keep you toasty on these cool days, though there are heaters as well. The majority of the property is outside so dress accordingly and you will do well.

The menu leans mainly to Italian, with items such as Spicy arrabiatta chicken wings and Fregola Sarda. This nicely rounds out the dining experiences that you can have at the restaurant precinct.

The hot sopressa salami, mushroom, red pepper and provolone pizza is juicy, flavourful, nicely spiced and reasonably priced to share. There is nothing better than having pizza in a restaurant where they aren't cranking them out by the hundreds. With an interesting array of appetizers, and mains such as Capocollo pizza, pumpkin risotto, sirloin steak and a variety of seafood, pastas and vegetarian dishes, it is worth going back numerous times to try out the other items on hand.

There is a kids menu and share plates for those with variety in mind. The bar area is intimate and a perfect spot to meet up before you head to the movies.

These guys are open at noon until late, seat hundreds of people and have a friendly, efficient, wait staff to assist you.

Keep a look out as they are hoping to open soon for breakfast as well. Maybe you can pop in on your way to the train.

If you are in the area give them a go, you will be pleased that you did.
