Meraki Markets

If you've got it flaunt it
This is your new Greek word for the day - MERAKI- meaning to have a passion, to put your heart and soul into something, to have a bit of a gift and a leaning for it too. To create the best, and to do it with pride and a desire to show the world.

In summary it is a call to all who display signs of the above to gather round and proudly display their wares or their expertise. The organisers are hoping to attract the best and most innovative in home decor, jewellery and epicurean delights. To see it all displayed is a joy in itself but when coupled with glorious sunshine, some good coffee and excellent food, it does make for the best way to spend a day.

This is a new market which is starting up on Thursday 20th August in the M&A Lane between McLachlan and Ann Streets at the top of James Street in Fortitude Valley.

Entry is free and there is secure parking underground at Connor St. The markets will be set up on a regular basis on the first Saturday (10 am to 4 pm) and the third Thursday of the month (4pm- 8 pm).
