Make sure you pick up the kids from school on time on Friday 15 November 2013 because the Mentone Primary School Twilight Fete waits for no one, starting at 3.30pm and raging on through the twilight until 8.30pm.



There are plenty of rides to keep the kids squealing into the night, with the Cha-Cha, Chair-o-Plane, Chug a Choo Choo, Giant Inflatable Slide, Hovercraft Ride, Haunted House and more. Kids Wristbands give the holder unlimited rides plus a sausage and juice. The cost is $30 for the first two bands with a 20% discount for the third and subsequent siblings. Wristbands are available until 11 November 2013 by calling 03 9583 2995.

Don't miss the opportunity to Dunk not only a teacher or two but Polly and Waz, the first ever winners of the television hit, The Block. Make sure you stay until the end of the Fete when Polly and Waz will present prizes from the various Fete competitions.

Tick some names off the Christmas shopping list early at the Christmas Kingdom, grab some great bargains at the Trash n Treasure and try your luck at the Lucky Jars stall.

The kids will want to visit the good folk at the face painting stall and the crazy hair and tattoo stalls before heading over to the Paparazzi and Photo Booth to get a lasting memento in true celebrity style.

No need to cook, dinner is covered with tasty options including seafood, sausages, vegetarian burgers and wine tasting. Indulge your sweet tooth with a devonshire tea or a treat from the Old Fashioned Sweet Stall.
