If you're hankering for some American-style smokey ribs or southern slaw, then will satisfy all your cravings.

Located in Penrith, opposite Jamison Park, the is Americana to the max, from the decor, which includes photos of Graceland and downtown Memphis, to the menu, which consists of multiple variations of meat (and cheese). It includes the $68 - American Dream burger, which stacks twelve, 1/3 pound burger patties onto bacon and cheese, whilst smothering it in their special 'Memphis' sauce.

They slow-roast their meat daily and so once it sells out, it's gone. Other big meals include 50 Chicken wings - $99, 2 ft Hot Dogs - $24, and 1Lb plate of pulled brisket/turkey/chicken/pork, which ranges from $22-$28 but also comes with fries, a can of drink, one side and a damper roll. No matter what you choose, their servings are huge, just like in America.



If you fancy yourself a chili aficionado there is the Insanity Wings Challenge - $45 — eat ten super hot wing pieces in less than five minutes. You might want to test your ability first with a single insanity wing - $5 - before you commit yourself to the potentiality of forever appearing on the shame wall.



For the weaker appetite, you can opt for a single chicken wing - $3, or a side of Mac n Cheese - $5. There is also a kids menu with options under $10.



Their ribs are served based on weight, starting from 1/2 pound - $13, which sounds small but is surprisingly filling. There are multiple sauces to choose from including cheese, chipotle BBQ, gravy, mustard, and hot sauce. They can be overly generous with their sauces so I usually ask for it on the side.

The a sits somewhere between fast takeaway and family diner. There are plenty of meal options for under $20, including slow-cooked ribs, philly cheese-steaks, wedges, nachos, and lots of vegetable oriented sides for $5. Whatever you choose, you'll walk away totally stuffed. It may not be fancy decor, but the food is tremendous. I've visited on four separate occasions and it's consistently good.
