Lime&Tonic Melbourne invite you to enjoy dining experience like no other, Melbourne's longest degustation dinner, on Thursday, 26 November 2015.Treat yourself to a lavish 18 course menu matched with wines in a secret Melbourne location!The exact location of this culinary experience will be disclosed to guests 24 hours before the event.
The event will commence at 7.00pm and features the participation of several award-winning Melbourne chefs; Christy Tania, Head Chef at Om Nom; Alejandro Saravia, Head Chef of Pastuso; and Arnaud Vodounou, Executive Pastry Chef at Chez Dre, Bibelot.During the evening guests will enjoy no less than 18 mouth-watering courses, with select dishes expertly matched with wine.
This special event marks the first time these esteemed chefs have worked together to create a unique dining experience encompassing all of their talents, some of the world's most wonderful flavours, and modern as well as traditional culinary expertise.
Like the location, the menu is secret as well, but with 18 courses, there will be something for everyone. The chefs will also be interacting with guests and plating the dishes at the table, so it will be a fun social event with some of the country's incredible gastronomic talents.
