Most Australians can agree that there is one ultimate pub meal. Whether you want a parma, or like it plain, its pretty clear that schnitzels are a popular choice. So we've decided it is about time that we started looking for Melbourne's best schnitzel. If you know a juicy parma that just can't be beat, or a topping flavour combo that ticks all the boxes, we want to know all about it. Fill us in on where we can find Melbourne's best Schnitzel.

Mrs. Parma's is a great place to start. They have a host of different toppings, including a traditional parma, BBQ served with bacon, homemade BBQ sauce, and onion rings, or the Parma Floater served with mushy peas, mashed potato, and gravy. They've come up with a list of rules as to what makes a great parma, and they stick by them, creating quality meals each time. They also have a great range of local beers to perfectly wash that parma down.

It may seem like schnitzels are an Australian classic, but we know deep down that this is traditional German fare. Try the Hofbrauhaus where they have a range of schnitzels available. For something fancy try the Cordon Bleu Schnitzel, which comes with smoked leg ham, swiss cheese, and cranberry sauce. There is also the Jagerschnitzel topped with forest mushroom sauce, and served with market vegetables. This might not be the traditional Melbourne way, but it is the traditional German way and is worth a try. There is also a host of German beers that go so well with a good schnitzel.

The list doesn't stop there. The Hotel Albion holds their Parmarama every Wednesday night. You can choose from 10 different kinds of parma, including Happy Hawaiian, Johnny Cash, or the Zorba. You might even feel up to trying their Grandeoso challenge, that is if you think you can handle it. Any night of the week you can grab a tasty 'fat chook' parma here at this cosy hotel. There are plenty of other pubs scattered across Melbourne all serving up a great Parma too, do you know where we can find them?

We're sure you know a few places that serve up a tasty feed. Let us know about all of the pubs, hotels, and restaurants that can satisfy a parma craving. Melbourne has got to have some great places, but we need your help in finding out where they are.
