Melbourne Premiere of Locusts with Q&A

The Melbourne premiere of the highly anticipated Australian film Locusts will take place at Lido Cinemas on 18 October 2019.

Locusts all-star cast include Ben Guerens, Jessica McNamee, Nathaniel Dean, Justin Rosniak, Malcolm Kennard, the late Damian Hill, Alan Dukes, Peter Phelps, Steve Le Marquand, Caroline Brazier and Angry Anderson.


When tech entrepreneur Ryan Black (Ben Geurens) returns to his post mining-boom desert hometown for his father's funeral, he's reluctantly reunited with his ex-con brother (Nathaniel Dean). But when the pair become entangled in an extortion scam at the hands of desperate local thugs, Ryan is forced to resort to extreme measures, exposing the dark underbelly of the sleepy mining town.

The event will also involve a Q&A with actors Justin Rosniak, Nathaniel Dean, Malcolm Kennard, composer Burkhard Dallwitz and writer/producer Angus Watts.
