Melbourne will again hosted the annual pen show on 1 November at Malvern Town Hall.

This one-day event was established 17 years ago. Featuring more than 30 exhibitors displaying a huge range of vintage and modern pens and other writing equipment.


Some of the exhibitors include Calligraphy Society of Victoria, Melbourne Pen Depot, Melbourne Pen Group, Pen Collectors of Melbourne.

There will be pens for sale, pens on display by collectors, stationery, leather goods, a calligraphy display and sales of ink and writing ephermera.

You can ask expert collectors and dealers about pens are collectable, what is practical and pens appropriate for investment.


It will also present an opportunity for visitors to sell to dealers or directly to the public by a market table.

The Melbourne Pen Show is the only pen show in the Southern Hemisphere.
